• Orders placed after 12pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Fridays + Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day - usually Monday… with the exception of holidays! 🎄💞
• Don't forget! Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays! 🎄🐰 Please keep in mind that Australian public holidays may be different from those in your country! 
• After your order is placed, it is sent to our amazing warehouse team for processing and packaging. Please allow 0-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped 🧚🏼✨ Please keep in mind that your shipping speed begins once your package leaves our warehouse!
• In some instances, we may hold your order from shipping if we have a question about your address. We will always reach out to you via email to notify you if your order has been held and will work with you to get your order shipped as soon as possible! 💞
